Communication Architecture
Each AC has an embedded RS485 gateway with Modbus RTU/TCP, BACnet IP and SNMP; an edge gateway aggregates and uplinks via MQTT/HTTPS, managing thousands of units on one platform.
Metrics and Alarms
- Live points: return/supply temp & humidity, high/low pressure, current, compressor & fan status, run hours.
- Three alarm tiers: notice (dirty filter), major (high-pressure trip), critical (comms loss), pushed by SMS/email/API.
- Remote setpoint, start/stop and OTA firmware, with digital twin for fault location.
