Harm from Transport Vibration
Long road or rail hauls expose the unit to random vibration that can loosen compressor fasteners and fatigue pipe welds. A simulated transport-vibration test is done before shipment.
Damping & Fixing
- Vibration pads between unit and cabin wall;
- Anti-vibration brackets on the compressor;
- Pipe sway braces to avoid resonance.
