Prefabricated cabins (预制舱) ship as a complete, factory-tested module: power, cooling, monitoring and wiring are done before the cabin leaves the plant. On site it is connect and run. But that promise depends on one thing working the moment the door opens: cooling.
Why prefab cabins need dedicated AC
- Sealed enclosure: a prefab cabin is airtight; passive vents are not allowed, so heat must be removed by active sealed cooling (air conditioner or heat exchanger).
- High internal load: rectifiers, batteries, transformers and controllers run continuously and generate steady heat.
- Harsh sites: cabins sit outdoors in deserts, coasts and cold regions where ambient swings are extreme.
What HCK cabinet AC delivers
HCK cabinet air conditioners provide 3000-7500 W of sealed cooling with IP55 protection, R410A refrigerant and rotary compressors. RS485/Modbus communication reports temperature and alarms to the cabin controller, and the unit is validated for -40C to 55C duty so startup never fails on site.
Integration and delivery
Because the AC is mounted, commissioned and extreme-duty tested at the factory, the cabin arrives cool-ready. HCK supports OEM/ODM customization with a 1-unit MOQ and a cooling solution proposal within 48 hours.
