- Internal/external airflow isolated, no bypass; door and cable glands sealed;
- Condensate drain path clear (drain option).
2. Cooling & electrical
- Power-on self-check passes, no fault code;
- No refrigerant leak (electronic + pressure hold);
- Setpoint verified: supply-return delta T meets design;
- Voltage/current in range, overload protection OK.
3. Comms & interlock
- RS485/Modbus register map matches gateway; baud & slave address checked;
- Platform reads temperature, status, fault code;
- Over-temp alarm (platform/SMS) actually triggers;
- Multi-cabinet monitoring points complete.
4. Extreme duty
- 55℃ full load 2h no trip;
- -40℃ start OK (wide-temp unit);
- Auto-restart after simulated power loss.
